Tabaix / Image tools
Prepare product photos and website assets with deliberate choices about dimensions, crops, quality and transparency.
When these tools are useful
- Preparing product photos for an online store, marketplace listing or catalogue.
- Shrinking website images so pages load faster on mobile connections.
- Making a set of images match one size, format or naming pattern.
- Creating clean assets for social posts, documents and presentations.
Start from the largest, cleanest source you have; processing cannot add detail that is not in the original. Resize before you compress — removing unneeded pixels saves more space than lowering quality alone. For photographs, JPG or WebP usually gives the smallest file at a given quality; keep PNG for graphics that need transparency or crisp edges. When a platform states a size or pixel limit, treat it as the destination requirement and check the exported file against it, not the preview alone.
